During this restricted movement, one should maintain his or her physical fitness. Exercising inhouse not at GYM makes monotonous and boring. Sports, which boost our physical (and mental) fitness seem to be a discarded idea at home.
Table tennis is a sport that is fortunate enough to appeal to most homebound people. The dining room turns into an arena and the dining table turns into a table tennis 'table'. Empty milk cartons or alike can be stacked to stand as a net. The play then continues as a normal table tennis game.
Table tennis at home can also be played by one person only! Simply take any thread and stick it (with tape) to the ball. Tie the other side of the thread to your hand and voila! I've been playing like this daily, which also helps with the control, accuracy and power of shots.
Such a great idea!
