Have the sense of gratitude towards, farmer who is growing the grains or vegies, the Transporter and grocery guys who are making it available to us...

While the upama was cooling outside there was something bigger and sweater with inside where ingredients were - love, gratitude, mindfulness, reverence and being effusive!!
