Experiments don’t only happen in science labs

Continuing my love for cooking, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and make a sweet dish. Without looking at a recipe, I experimented with a few ingredients we had lying around and made Gajar Ka Halwa for the first time. It actually tasted amazing and I am super proud of my self!
